Our Impact
Transforming waste into power, fertilizer, fuel, and eco-bricks at our Blantyre Lunzu circular energy park — creating environmental and economic value while building climate-resilient community infrastructure
Environmental Impact
Our Blantyre Lunzu circular energy park transforms waste into power, fertilizer, fuel, and eco-bricks, creating environmental value while protecting Malawi's resources and building climate-resilient community infrastructure for future generations.
Waste-to-Energy
Converting municipal waste from Blantyre into clean electricity at our Lunzu energy park, reducing landfill impact while generating sustainable power for the grid.
Biogas Production
Transforming organic waste and agricultural residues into renewable biogas, providing clean cooking fuel and electricity while promoting circular economy principles.
Biomass Power
Utilizing agricultural waste and biomass materials to generate reliable, renewable electricity, creating value from waste streams in our 6-acre energy estate.
Fertilizer Manufacturing
Producing organic fertilizer from processed waste, supporting agricultural productivity while closing the circular economy loop at our Lunzu facility.
Fleet Fuel Depots
Providing clean fuel solutions for transportation, reducing emissions and supporting sustainable mobility from our integrated energy park operations.
Eco-Brick Manufacturing
Valorising plastic waste streams through eco-brick production for climate-resilient infrastructure in Blantyre's informal settlements (Ndirande, Mbayani, Bangwe), creating green jobs and connecting communities through 1ngaOS mesh network.
Together, these integrated solutions form Malawi's first private circular energy park, demonstrating how waste can become a valuable resource while supporting sustainable development in Blantyre and beyond. Our eco-brick initiative establishes a direct link between waste recovery, community development, and the creation of green jobs for local youth.
Social Impact
Local Employment & Skills
Our Blantyre Lunzu energy park creates direct employment opportunities in waste processing, energy generation, and facility operations, while providing skills training in renewable energy technologies.
We're building a skilled workforce for Malawi's growing circular economy sector.
Community Benefits
Our circular energy park improves waste management in Blantyre, reduces environmental pollution, and provides clean energy to local communities while producing organic fertilizer for farmers.
We're creating a model for sustainable development that benefits both urban and rural communities.
Economic Development
By converting waste into valuable resources (power, fertilizer, fuel, eco-bricks), we're creating new economic value streams while reducing waste disposal costs for municipalities.
Our pilot demonstrates the economic viability of circular energy solutions in Malawi.
Knowledge Transfer
Through our operations and partnerships, we're sharing knowledge about circular economy principles, waste-to-energy technologies, and sustainable resource management.
We're building capacity for scaling similar solutions across Malawi.
Our Pilot Project
Blantyre Lunzu Circular Energy Park — Malawi's first private integrated waste-to-resource facility
6-Acre Energy Estate
Our operational pilot site in Blantyre Lunzu spans 6 acres, housing integrated facilities for waste processing, energy generation, fertilizer production, fuel distribution, and eco-brick manufacturing.
Serving both municipal waste and agricultural residues from the region.
Hybrid Power Generation
Combining biogas and biomass technologies to generate clean electricity, with projected capacity scaling from 30% in 2026 to full operations, contributing to Malawi's energy grid.
Projected 50-60 GWh annually from Blantyre (11-15 GWh) and Lilongwe (up to 37 GWh) at full potential.
Circular Products
Producing four valuable outputs: renewable electricity for the grid, organic fertilizer for agriculture, clean fuel for transportation, and eco-bricks for climate-resilient community infrastructure — all from waste streams.
Demonstrating the circular economy model in action, creating green jobs and building resilient communities.
